Lucky we have an inhouse pastry chef baking beautiful yummies fresh daily to fill the void. We also use some of the best coffee beans in New Zealand from the amazing and award winning Hawthorne coffee so our morning coffee fix is sorted. We have fresh and delicious cabinet food and a delightful range of breakfast, brunch and lunch menu items our chef can cook up for you.

Alpine Vista is a fabulous house for family groups, pre-wedding preparations, and groups of friends wanting a luxurious getaway. The stunning entrance leads you through to the living area with sun all day and views of the lake and mountain surroundings. Upstairs has four spacious bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathroom. The deck runs around two sides of the house to maximize the sunny aspect. There is a private courtyard area with a BBQ at the back of the house.

Anglers are the perfect place for a family or a group. You have everything you need here, space, warmth and great outdoor living.

The large open plan living/dining area has a TV, DVD and Freeview. A log burner will keep you warm in winter, and the large sliding doors open out onto a BBQ area and deck which is fully fenced for privacy and shelter from the weather.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of room for you to store your supplies. The laundry is situated in the internal access, double garage.

Anglers Retreat

Situated directly opposite Lake Tekapo Regional Park, guests can enjoy easy access to walking and biking trails, frisbee golf, and picnic areas. The large sunny deck is sheltered by glass paneling, and when it gets really hot you can take advantage of the shaded outdoor seating.

This lovely modern home has all the comforts you could desire to enjoy your holiday in Tekapo. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the serene Parkbrae Estate, the views from Church House will take your breath away! Just meters from the Church of the Good Shepherd, the Tekapo – MacLaren Footbridge, Friday the dog statue, and Lake Tekapo you cannot find a better location.

Discover Flat Rock, a relaxing escape that is peacefully situated. Comfortable and recently upgraded, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home rests in a peaceful cul-de-sac. Richly appointed spaces include an open plan living and dining area, two queen sized bedrooms and a sizeable laundry – perfect for storing your skis. Contemporary amenities include a heat pump in the living area and both bedrooms. You will appreciate the short 15 minute walk into the village.

Flat Rock

Flat White is a modern holiday home situated on Mistake Drive with spectacular views of Mt John and Lake Tekapo.

This home has a bright open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. Inside, you can enjoy incredible mountain views from the sliding glass doors. They also open up to the spacious deck designed for summer dining.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher. You may dine at the breakfast bar or the dining table alongside it.

For the winter months, there is a heat pump to keep the house nice and cozy, and a cooling option is also available for the summer.

Flat White

Galaxy Lake Views is a beautiful newly built studio apartment with breathtaking views of Lake Tekapo and the Tekapo Cairns Golf Course on your back doorstep. It is best suited for adults. This apartment has been masterly designed with two balconies so that you can enjoy the view while relaxing outside. Lake View Golfers Retreat is ideal for a couple’s getaway or for a small group of friends with the use of the sofa bed. There is a small kitchen for your convenience and a luxurious bathroom.

Please note that Galaxy Lake Views Studio is located below Galaxy Lake Views. It can be booked separately or together for larger groups.

Galaxy Lake View Studio is perfect for the traveler on a budget. This is a small, compact studio unit with lake views. This unit is located below Galaxy Lake Views and can be booked either separately or together for those couples traveling together. There are basic cooking facilities so that light meals can be prepared, along with a simple bathroom.

Lake Tekapo is the perfect place for exploring the great outdoors, so if you just need a place to rest your head this is the one to book.

Garden Cottage is located within the tranquility of Parkbrae Estate, Lake Tekapo. This is one of the oldest homes in the village and is within close proximity to the Church of the Good Shepherd and the Tekapo Footbridge.

Glacier Rock has been architecturally designed by Colin MacLaren, who is the architect of the famous MacLaren Footbridge in Lake Tekapo. The property has recently been refurbished and offers a stunning open kitchen, lounge, and dining area where you can enjoy the views whilst cooking, relaxing by the log fire, or enjoying a meal. This is a premium four-bedroom home.

With wonderful views of Lake Tekapo and the snowy mountain range, this modern Tekapo holiday home will delight families, couples and groups.
With a fully-equipped kitchen and open-plan living area, leading through large glass sliders onto a wooden deck, Haps House is perfect for dining al fresco or Tekapo star-gazing. Inside, the large dining table and fireplace make it the perfect New Zealand winter retreat.
This Tekapo accommodation sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, and three twin rooms house two single beds. They share a spacious bathroom with a shower, oversized bathtub and separate toilet. Whatever room you’re in, stay cosy in the Lake Tekapo winter with the gas fire, electric blankets and heat pumps.
The Aoraki Mackenzie district is renowned for its night sky (the largest Dark Sky Reserve in the world), beautiful scenery and unbeatable climate. For those looking to make the most of the Lake Tekapo ski scene, Mt Dobson and Roundhill Ski Areas are both 50 minutes away.
Tekapo is the perfect base for exploring New Zealand tourist attractions, like Twizel (40 minutes from Tekapo), Ohau Ski Field (1 hour 30 minutes from Tekapo) and Aoraki Mount Cook (1 hour 10 minutes from Tekapo). It’s on the main highway between the cities of Christchurch and Queenstown, both equipped with international airports, and one hour from Timaru, Tekapo’s

Set amidst tussocks, in a quiet sheltered position, it is just 10 minute’s walk from the village center and lakefront.

It has all the amenities you need for a short stay; kitchen with microwave, two hotplates and a dishwasher, bathroom with shower, and washing machine. Also a BBQ for cooking on a nice summer’s evening.

Linen, towels and cleaning are included in the rate.

Little Rock

Longhorns

Macaulay House is a spacious and modern five-bedroom home situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Since it sleeps up to 9 guests, it will be perfect for your family getaway in Lake Tekapo.

The modern and bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the hub of this home. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large island, giving you plenty of space to prepare your holiday feast. The sliding doors near the dining table and comfortable lounge area open out to the north-facing patio, giving you great indoor-outdoor entertaining options, especially with the BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The lounge area features comfy couches where you can relax and enjoy the view, or be kept entertained with the large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and the iPod dock stereo system. There is also a selection of DVDs and games for the children.

The views and outlook from Macaulay House are tranquil, overlooking a large empty paddock, home to rabbits, sheep and horses. It has a quiet, rural-type feel to it, with the bonus of stunning views of the surrounding mountains, as well as a partial lake view.

A heat pump and log burner will keep this home cool over the summer months, and toasty warm in the winter.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and a separate toilet. There are also laundry facilities.

There is also a fenced grass area for the wee ones to safely play outdoors.

Tesoro (meaning ‘treasure’) is a lovely 3-bedroom home with amazing lake and mountain views that stretch for miles. Large windows capture the sun from dawn until dusk.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and the spacious living area is kept warm and cozy in winter with two heat pumps plus a log burner. Two queen rooms and 1 twin room have exceptionally comfortable beds to ensure you have a good sleep.

A superb feature of Tesoro is its separate interconnected living spaces, including a separate self-contained ‘studio’ area, ideal for couples to have their own private space.

The Bach is a modern, five-bedroom family holiday home.
There is plenty of room for a large group of 12, so you won’t be treading on everyone’s toes!
Sit out on the large deck and gaze at the spectacular view of the mountains and lake. Inside, you can curl up on one of the couches and read a book, or watch TV or a movie on the large flat screen.

The Bach has a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has everything that you could need, including a dishwasher. The living area is large and has two separate seating areas so large groups have plenty of room. Also in the living room is a 50″ 4K smart TV with Freeview.

“The Barn” is a bespoke designed, family holiday home situated close to the lakefront in the Lochinver Subdivision, Lake Tekapo.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped, offering everything you will need. There is also a country-style dining area suitable for larger gatherings during holiday mealtimes.

The living area has all your entertainment options covered, with a 42-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Freeview channels, as well as SKY TV (including sports!), and free WIFI. The living area opens out onto a sunny north-facing patio and grassed area with a picnic table to enjoy the hot Tekapo summer.
