Book Tekapo is a property management company owned by Greg and Angela Marshall. After 20 years as a farming family, we decided it was time for a change — and we haven't looked back since.

What started as a small portfolio has grown into a true family business we're incredibly proud of. We now manage over 100 properties across Lake Tekapo, and our goal remains the same as it always has been: to make your stay as comfortable, warm, and memorable as possible.

Our daughter Jess now plays a key role as one of our managers, bringing her own passion for hospitality and this special place to everything she does.

We're a family deeply rooted in this community. Angela relieves at the local school and kindergarten, keeping her connection to the children and families that make Tekapo such a special place to live. Greg is a volunteer firefighter with the local brigade, and Jess is a proud member of St John. We're not just here to host visitors — we're here because we genuinely love this place and the people in it.
