Modern design incorporates at private bedroom area behind the lounge via a cleverly designed screen. This allows guests to relax in the bedroom and still have access to the views provided at this property. Plenty of light creates an airy and spacious feel throughout. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, while the seamless flow between all areas provides an easy, laid-back experience. The master bedroom features a plush Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom providing comfort and privacy during your stay. A heat pump provides cooling in the summer and heating in the winter however a lovely log burner also provides an additional heating option and ambience during the winter months. Step outside to your own deck area, where you can unwind and take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Whether you're out exploring or simply relaxing at home, Boulder 15A is the ideal spot for your peaceful retreat. Guest Access: Guests enjoy their own access to the one-bedroom, one-bathroom option with its own deck and front lawn along with off street parking right beside the apartment. Guests at Boulder 15A have access to a storage area for bikes, e-bikes, and other equipment (this is located behind the Boulder 15A unit – the property manager will provide further information if you require access to this storage area) Please note: Boulder 15A is the one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment with its own entrance. There is another two-bedroom, two-bathroom option attached to the apartment with its own access (available as the listing called Boulder 15).
