Book Tekapo is a property management company owned by Greg and Angela Marshall. After 20 years as a farming family we decided to have a change in lifestyle. We like to have holidays with family and friends and want to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.Managing over 70 properties, Greg fits in squash, and is a volunteer firefighter for our local brigade. Angela has recently left the education sector (although you can still find her either at the school or kindergarten) and loves to spend time outdoors walking and using her e-bike.We enjoy supporting our local businesses and are more than happy to give you some inside knowledge during your stay.&nbsp;

Any cancellations or alterations made within 1 day of your booking will be charge the full amount of your booking. All no-shows will be charged the full amount as booked. No refund is given if you decide to leave a day early or a guest has dropped out at the last minute. All bookings are subject to cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances including the sale of the property, long-term letting or other events outside Book Tekapo Holiday Homes control. If your booking is cancelled we will endeavor to book you into an equivalent home, however Book Tekapo Holiday Homes takes no responsibility if this is not possible. Any existing deposit may be either put towards a new booking or refunded in full. Alpine Vista is a fabulous house for family groups, pre-wedding preparations, and groups of friends wanting a luxurious getaway. The stunning entrance leads you through to the living area with sun all day and views of the lake and mountain surroundings. Upstairs has four spacious bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathroom. The deck runs around two sides of the house to maximize the sunny aspect. There is a private courtyard area with a BBQ at the back of the house.

Kick back and relax, it is just like home!

Anglers are the perfect place for a family or a group. You have everything you need here, space, warmth and great outdoor living.

The large open plan living/dining area has a TV, DVD and Freeview. A log burner will keep you warm in winter, and the large sliding doors open out onto a BBQ area and deck which is fully fenced for privacy and shelter from the weather.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of room for you to store your supplies. The laundry is situated in the internal access, double garage.

Antler Lodge is truly something special! With stunning, unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains, this beautiful warm home has a wonderfully sunny, light feel due to a cathedral ceiling and skylights.

Galaxy Lake Views is a beautiful newly built studio apartment with breathtaking views of Lake Tekapo and the Tekapo Cairns Golf Course on your back doorstep. It is best suited for adults. This apartment has been masterly designed with two balconies so that you can enjoy the view while relaxing outside. Lake View Golfers Retreat is ideal for a couple’s getaway or for a small group of friends with the use of the sofa bed. There is a small kitchen for your convenience and a luxurious bathroom.

Tesoro (meaning ‘treasure’) is a lovely 3-bedroom home with amazing lake and mountain views that stretch for miles. Large windows capture the sun from dawn until dusk.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and the spacious living area is kept warm and cozy in winter with two heat pumps plus a log burner. Two queen rooms and 1 twin room have exceptionally comfortable beds to ensure you have a good sleep.

A superb feature of Tesoro is its separate interconnected living spaces, including a separate self-contained ‘studio’ area, ideal for couples to have their own private space.

The Bach is a modern, five-bedroom family holiday home.
There is plenty of room for a large group of 12, so you won’t be treading on everyone’s toes!
Sit out on the large deck and gaze at the spectacular view of the mountains and lake. Inside, you can curl up on one of the couches and read a book, or watch TV or a movie on the large flat screen.

The Bach

“The Barn” is a bespoke designed, family holiday home situated close to the lakefront in the Lochinver Subdivision, Lake Tekapo.

The Barn’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests. The rooms are split over two floors, which is an ideal setup for a family group or 2 families wanting to enjoy holiday time together.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped, offering everything you will need. There is also a country-style dining area suitable for larger gatherings during holiday mealtimes.

The living area has all your entertainment options covered, with a 42-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Freeview channels, as well as SKY TV (including sports!), and free WIFI. The living area opens out onto a sunny north-facing patio and grassed area with a picnic table to enjoy the hot Tekapo summer. Here you can BBQ, relax, and soak in the view of the lake and mountains.

There is a cozy log burner, underfloor heating and a heat pump to ensure you are warm during the winter months.

The Barn is the perfect base for your ski holiday, located right across the road from the Roundhill Skifield turn off!

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern and industrial-sized appliances. There is plenty of counter space for meal prep and a separate wine cellar fridge for a glass at the perfect temperature!

There is a large dining table alongside the toasty log burner, and a comfortable sitting area with leather couches and 60″ wall-mounted flat-screen TV, which offers SKY for movies and sporting shows. Free and unlimited WIFI is also available.

As well as the log burner, there is a heat pump/AC unit and underfloor heating, so you will be cozy and warm during the cold winter months.

Tractor Shed

Relax and unwind in this modern and luxurious one-bedroom apartment, taking in a supreme view of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains.

As the meaning of “Wahi Nui” (The Great Place) suggests, this apartment says style, comfort, and relaxation. While we do take one-night bookings, this will not be enough time to enjoy this space! This is one of our newest, premium studio apartments.
