Book Tekapo is a property management company owned by Greg and Angela Marshall. After 20 years as a farming family we decided to have a change in lifestyle. We like to have holidays with family and friends and want to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.Managing over 70 properties, Greg fits in squash, and is a volunteer firefighter for our local brigade. Angela has recently left the education sector (although you can still find her either at the school or kindergarten) and loves to spend time outdoors walking and using her e-bike.We enjoy supporting our local businesses and are more than happy to give you some inside knowledge during your stay.&nbsp;

Alpine Vista is a fabulous house for family groups, pre-wedding preparations, and groups of friends wanting a luxurious getaway. The stunning entrance leads you through to the living area with sun all day and views of the lake and mountain surroundings. Upstairs has four spacious bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathroom. The deck runs around two sides of the house to maximize the sunny aspect. There is a private courtyard area with a BBQ at the back of the house.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of room for you to store your supplies. The laundry is situated in the internal access, double garage.

Tesoro (meaning ‘treasure’) is a lovely 3-bedroom home with amazing lake and mountain views that stretch for miles. Large windows capture the sun from dawn until dusk.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and the spacious living area is kept warm and cozy in winter with two heat pumps plus a log burner. Two queen rooms and 1 twin room have exceptionally comfortable beds to ensure you have a good sleep.

A superb feature of Tesoro is its separate interconnected living spaces, including a separate self-contained ‘studio’ area, ideal for couples to have their own private space.

There is plenty of room for a large group of 12, so you won’t be treading on everyone’s toes!

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped, offering everything you will need. There is also a country-style dining area suitable for larger gatherings during holiday mealtimes.

The living area has all your entertainment options covered, with a 42-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Freeview channels, as well as SKY TV (including sports!), and free WIFI. The living area opens out onto a sunny north-facing patio and grassed area with a picnic table to enjoy the hot Tekapo summer. Here you can BBQ, relax, and soak in the view of the lake and mountains.
