“The Barn” is a bespoke designed, family holiday home situated close to the lakefront in the Lochinver Subdivision, Lake Tekapo.

The Barn’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests. The rooms are split over two floors, which is an ideal setup for a family group or 2 families wanting to enjoy holiday time together.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped, offering everything you will need. There is also a country-style dining area suitable for larger gatherings during holiday mealtimes.

The living area has all your entertainment options covered, with a 42-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Freeview channels, as well as SKY TV (including sports!), and free WIFI. The living area opens out onto a sunny north-facing patio and grassed area with a picnic table to enjoy the hot Tekapo summer. Here you can BBQ, relax, and soak in the view of the lake and mountains.

There is a cozy log burner, underfloor heating and a heat pump to ensure you are warm during the winter months.

Alpine Vista is a fabulous house for family groups, pre-wedding preparations, and groups of friends wanting a luxurious getaway. The stunning entrance leads you through to the living area with sun all day and views of the lake and mountain surroundings. Upstairs has four spacious bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathroom. The deck runs around two sides of the house to maximize the sunny aspect. There is a private courtyard area with a BBQ at the back of the house.

Anglers are the perfect place for a family or a group. You have everything you need here, space, warmth and great outdoor living.

The large open plan living/dining area has a TV, DVD and Freeview. A log burner will keep you warm in winter, and the large sliding doors open out onto a BBQ area and deck which is fully fenced for privacy and shelter from the weather.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of room for you to store your supplies. The laundry is situated in the internal access, double garage.

Tesoro (meaning ‘treasure’) is a lovely 3-bedroom home with amazing lake and mountain views that stretch for miles. Large windows capture the sun from dawn until dusk.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and the spacious living area is kept warm and cozy in winter with two heat pumps plus a log burner. Two queen rooms and 1 twin room have exceptionally comfortable beds to ensure you have a good sleep.

A superb feature of Tesoro is its separate interconnected living spaces, including a separate self-contained ‘studio’ area, ideal for couples to have their own private space.

The Bach is a modern, five-bedroom family holiday home.
There is plenty of room for a large group of 12, so you won’t be treading on everyone’s toes!
Sit out on the large deck and gaze at the spectacular view of the mountains and lake. Inside, you can curl up on one of the couches and read a book, or watch TV or a movie on the large flat screen.

The Bach has a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has everything that you could need, including a dishwasher. The living area is large and has two separate seating areas so large groups have plenty of room. Also in the living room is a 50″ 4K smart TV with Freeview.

Fibre internet has recently been installed providing a fast internet connection.

bedroom and still have access to the views provided at this property. Plenty of light creates

an airy and spacious feel throughout. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a
breeze, while the seamless flow between all areas provides an easy, laid-back experience.
The master bedroom features a plush Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom providing
comfort and privacy during your stay.
A heat pump provides cooling in the summer and heating in the winter however a lovely log
burner also provides an additional heating option and ambience during the winter months.
