Book Tekapo is a property management company owned by Greg and Angela Marshall. After 20 years as a farming family we decided to have a change in lifestyle. We like to have holidays with family and friends and want to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.Managing over 70 properties, Greg fits in squash, and is a volunteer firefighter for our local brigade. Alpine Vista is a fabulous house for family groups, pre-wedding preparations, and groups of friends wanting a luxurious getaway. The stunning entrance leads you through to the living area with sun all day and views of the lake and mountain surroundings. Upstairs has four spacious bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathroom. The deck runs around two sides of the house to maximize the sunny aspect. There is a private courtyard area with a BBQ at the back of the house.

Anglers are the perfect place for a family or a group. You have everything you need here, space, warmth and great outdoor living.

The large open plan living/dining area has plenty of room also a Smart TV. A log burner will keep you warm in winter a heat pump for heating and cooling and large sliding doors that open out onto a BBQ area and deck which is fully fenced for privacy and shelter from the weather.There is also plenty of parking for the boat in the summer!!

The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of room for you to store your supplies. The laundry is situated in the internal access, double garage.

Discover Flat Rock, a relaxing escape that is peacefully situated. Comfortable and recently upgraded, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home rests in a peaceful cul-de-sac. Flat Rock

Flat White is a modern holiday home situated on Mistake Drive with spectacular views of Mt John and Lake Tekapo.

Galaxy Lake Views is a beautiful newly built studio apartment with breathtaking views of Lake Tekapo and the Tekapo Cairns Golf Course on your back doorstep. It is best suited for adults. This apartment has been masterly designed with two balconies so that you can enjoy the view while relaxing outside. Lake View Golfers Retreat is ideal for a couple’s getaway or for a small group of friends with the use of the sofa bed. There is a small kitchen for your convenience and a luxurious bathroom.

Longhorns

Macaulay House is a spacious and modern five-bedroom home situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Since it sleeps up to 9 guests, it will be perfect for your family getaway in Lake Tekapo.

The modern and bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the hub of this home. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large island, giving you plenty of space to prepare your holiday feast. The sliding doors near the dining table and comfortable lounge area open out to the north-facing patio, giving you great indoor-outdoor entertaining options, especially with the BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The lounge area features comfy couches where you can relax and enjoy the view, or be kept entertained with the large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and the iPod dock stereo system. There is also a selection of DVDs and games for the children.

The views and outlook from Macaulay House are tranquil, overlooking a large empty paddock, home to rabbits, sheep and horses. It has a quiet, rural-type feel to it, with the bonus of stunning views of the surrounding mountains, as well as a partial lake view.

A heat pump and log burner will keep this home cool over the summer months, and toasty warm in the winter.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and a separate toilet. There are also laundry facilities.

Tesoro (meaning ‘treasure’) is a lovely 3-bedroom home with amazing lake and mountain views that stretch for miles. Large windows capture the sun from dawn until dusk.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and the spacious living area is kept warm and cozy in winter with two heat pumps plus a log burner. Two queen rooms and 1 twin room have exceptionally comfortable beds to ensure you have a good sleep.

A superb feature of Tesoro is its separate interconnected living spaces, including a separate self-contained ‘studio’ area, ideal for couples to have their own private space.

The Bach is a modern, five-bedroom family holiday home.
There is plenty of room for a large group of 12, so you won’t be treading on everyone’s toes!
Sit out on the large deck and gaze at the spectacular view of the mountains and lake. Inside, you can curl up on one of the couches and read a book, or watch TV or a movie on the large flat screen.

The Bach has a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has everything that you could need, including a dishwasher. The living area is large and has two separate seating areas so large groups have plenty of room. Also in the living room is a 50″ 4K smart TV with Freeview.

Fibre internet has recently been installed providing a fast internet connection.
Two of the queen rooms have 32″ smart TVs, so the kids can chill out while the grown-ups are in the lounge.

The Bach
